Visit our PIN recovery section above, enter your device serial number (SN) and email address, and get an 8-digit recovery code sent to your email. Use this code on your device to reset your PIN.

First, ensure the device is fully charged (3-4 hours). If still not working, use the pin tool (included in the box) to press the RESET button next to the USB-C port.

We recommend A4 (210×297mm) or A5 (148×210mm) paper. Paper thickness should be between 70-120g/m².

Some features work offline, such as downloaded templates. However, AI creation and cloud sync require an internet connection.

Full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours. First use requires full charge.

Say "Hi, Joy" and then ask the robot to draw something, like "Draw a cat" or "Can you draw a birthday cake?"

Set a 4-digit PIN during initial setup. When locked, WiFi is disabled and settings are protected. If you forget the PIN, use the recovery code (generated from your device SN) to reset it.

Privacy mode allows you to disable the microphone anytime. All voice data is processed securely in the cloud. No personal data is stored on the device or shared with third parties without consent.
